A large Multinational Brewery based in Clonmel, Co.Tipperary have an immediate requirement for a Contracts Manager for a permanent position. To manage the contract brewing & packaging relationships to ensure all agreements are executed effectively whilst continuously striving to grow the third party contracts volume across the Clonmel manufacturing site. Responsibilities Management of relationship with key contract customers for Clonmel manufacturing sites. Collaborate with customers & internal functions to implement & execute manufacturing contracts. Lead the implementation of new contract packs ensuring all interactions between customer and internal teams are agreed & clearly understood by all stakeholders. Act as “initiator” & commercial lead in the “NEW SKU Process” for contract SKUs introduction. Negotiation, agreement & communication of all pricing related to contract packaging and ensure up to date pricing is reflected on system. Ensure customer expectations are aligned to manufacturing timelines & capabilities. Implement mechanism for provision of contract forecasts to planning teams. Prepare annual volume & financial budgets with contract customers for submission in manufacturing budget. Collaborate with manufacturing finance function to develop a monthly report which communicates actual contract volumes & value versus forecast, highlighting any risks to budget delivery. Review contractual processes to continuously improve execution. Regularly update customers on category initiatives and trends in the LAD category. Education. Graduate level with degree in relevant subject area, preferably FOOD BUSINESS Experience in the drinks or food industry. Experience in high-value contract management. Significant experience in managing projects in a manufacturing environment with the involvement of cross- functional teams.
