Our client, a key player in the multinational telecommunication industry, is currently seeking a Team Leader to join their busy and expanding call centre. The role: Managing and developing a team within a fast paced environment. Meeting assigned KPIs and team targets. Motivating, guiding and supporting advisors to exceed targets and deliver quality customer service. Conducting monthly performance reviews and analyze performance of advisors. Ability to bring a new and developing team environment together. Assisting the sales team in a timely manner while identifying training and coaching needs. Promote an enthusiastic and competitive atmosphere within the team, increasing motivation and results. The person: Will have 2 years+ Call centre Team leader experience. Will have managed a team of at least 8 people. Will have strong analytical ability to analyse trends. Will have strong influencing and negotiation skills and strong leadership skills. Will be a team builder who is results focused. Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will have strong oral and written, and organisational skills. Will have the ability to multitask. Will be enthusiastic and motivated.
