What you need to know. You will work as a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR for our client, a global leader in the Pharmaceutical sector , located in Wexford. As the CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR you have some G erman language skills . You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. This is a Permanent job on part time or full time basis. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Provide the highest standard of customer service , in an efficient and timely manner. Preparation and issuance of work orders and follow-up with customer, to include proforma invoices, price requests, samples etc. Preparation of customer service measurements, ie delivery performance & forecast stats . Logging customer comments/complaints and investigating same, provide corrective actions. Management of artwork process approval , liaising with internal personnel, clients and suppliers. Prepare customer product specification sheets , liaising with internal personnel and clients. Preparation for inward client visits, to include accommodation and transport requests. Travel requirements for Management. Provide cover within the department as and when required. What are we looking for? Fluent German. Preferably third level qualification in business (or similar), but not essential. Minimum 2 years industry experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent IT skills. Must be a team player, who is flexible and adaptable in their approach to day to day tasks, with a sense of urgency.
