Our client, a market leading Limerick based multinational in the medical electronics sector, are now actively recruiting for an experienced Sales Order Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will manage quotations & orders from key clients, handle shipping/distribution duties & support teams including stock control, finance & marketing. This is a permanent role with excellent, long-term prospects on offer for the successful candidate. Key Duties : - Generation of quotations for key customers. - Control & manage the order flow from diverse business channels & sales pipelines. - Maintain accurate sales invoicing. - Data entry & report management. - Support shipping/logistics & product distribution planning. - Liaise with customers on overdue payments. - Act as key point of contact for customer queries. - Assist the marketing team in relation to marketing campaigns, sending of marketing communications, etc. Skills/Experience Required : - 3rd level degree in business or a related discipline ideally. - 2-3 years’ experience in a similar order/sales account management role in a multinational environment. - Excellent IT skills & data manipulation skills. - Proven ability to communicate with customers & colleagues at levels of seniority.
