Summary: My client a world renowned company are looking to speak with Quality Assurance people, they have a management position and a number of specialist positions available. Responsibilities: Clear evidence of a completely embedded Quality culture. Seen as an authority on all aspects of Quality and Food Safety. Robust monitoring and reporting system to enable the achievement of required results and decisions to be made. Uses customer and consumer knowledge to enlighten QA approach within the site. Drive quality standards in a complex environment comprising multiple liquid types and packaging varieties. Proactively support production at all times. Organise and chair Quality meetings as required. Report, record and investigate non-conformances, ensuring close out of all actions. Analysis and reporting of consumer complaints. Requirements: BRC, ISO 22000, ISO 9000, FEMAS & HACCP external audits. Recognised Science Qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience in food / drinks or similar laboratory for the Analyst position. Degree/Masters in Science/Quality / relevant similar discipline for the Manager position. Experienced in Chemical, Microbiological, Sensory and Packaging Analysis. Demonstrable track record of leading and delivering high-level performance through excellent people management in an operational shift environment.
