A global (BPO) services provider with multiple clients is looking for a Contact Centre Manager to head their growing team. This role is a for someone who has experience of working within the call centre environment and who has a proven track record of strategic Management and continuous improvement along with a proven ability to grow and manage a successful large scale operation. Main Responsibilities: This role involves the full running of a large contact centre with c300 people. Management and ownership of a strategic programme of improvements across the board. Develop and Deliver Contact minimization strategies. Work in a strong leadership role with effective people management skills and building strong client relationship ties. There will be a strong financial element to this role. Work with the established management team to improve efficiencies and effect change within the organisation. Compliance management-working within a strict quality framework. Establish and develop KPIS,targets, performance. Some Key components and skills of this role include: Impact and Influence. Achievement orientation. Planning and strategising. Team Leadership. Customer relationship management. Vision. Proactive. The ideal candidate: Will have extensive experience in customer service Management centre. Will be able to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines. Will have an understanding of P&L. Will have experience of working in a BPO. Will have experience of working with multiple Shareholders and clients. This is a senior role and salary will reflect this.
