Be part of something great. Your Job Purpose. You will support day to day QA activities and participate as a core member of the team. Your Responsibilities: Attend and actively contribute to daily meetings. Participate as functional expert in the cross functional team that manages production of Formulated Products. Contribute to the investigation and review of any internal / external customer complaints in accordance with agreed lead-times. Delivery of GMP Training as required. Creation, review and approval of quality policies and procedures as required. Carry out the QA review of post-production records to support release of finished drug product., such as: Process batch records, Analytical data, exception review, cleaning records, cleaning completion reports, labelling and packaging review. Ensure that any change controls raised are documented, assessed and completed. Ensure any supplier complaints or raw material deviations are completed and closed before release. Provide positive feedback on re-occurring issues thus ensuring continuous improvement to the system. Review and approve changes to approved computer systems, facility, equipment, process and cleaning agents/regimes . Provide detailed knowledge of quality systems in place and ensure that root cause is identified and corrective actions as appropriate are completed. Requirements: Degree or post-graduate qualification in Science, Pharmacy or Engineering field. Communication skills both written and oral. Experience in technical report writing. Analytical Problem solving skills. Continuous improvement skills. Interpersonal Team membership and Leading Skills eg. Listening, integrating diverse perspectives. Benefits. Life Assurance.
