The Job Suite are currently recruiting a Deli Manager for a store in South Tipperary. The ideal candidate has relevant experience as a Deli Manager and has ambition to drive sales and innovation in a Deli department. Job Description. Ensure the Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide customers with excellent quality products and services. To ensure merchandising and presentation of the department is to the highest standard at all times. Create new product lines to increase sales. Develop ideas to increase sale. Ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Ensure hygiene standards are to the highest standards including a comprehensive HACCP plan for department. Ensure Goods- In procedures are adhered to. Achieve Sales Targets and Margins as agreed with store manager. Ideal Candidate. A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a Deli environment. Previous experience as a team lead or a supervisory position. HACCP Training. Must possess a keen interest in food prep and merchandising. Must have an innovation and generate ideas to improve sales in the Deli department. Self motivated. A Team Player but able to work on their own initiative.
