Hartley People Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Tier 2 Remote Support Engineer for our client, a successful local company based in Tipperary. This is a full time and permanent position and is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well-established company with good developmental and promotional opportunities. The role: Resolution of support tickets and issues using the company's ticketing platform both online and over the phone. Effective communication between all stakeholders including reports on all activities and timekeeping to relevant manager. Escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders when required. Assisting with research and implementation of solutions for automation of IT tasks across all areas of business. The Person: 5 years relevant technical support experience on Microsoft ® Server and Desktop Technologies, as well as MCITP (Or equivalent) N+, Server+, & A+. Footnet certification highly desirable as is CCNA and VMware VCP. Degree qualified. A team player with excellent attention to detail. Experience in application support and troubleshooting.
