What you need to know. You will work as a Chemical Engineer for our client, a pharmaceutical company in Tipperary . As the Chemical Engineer you will work on multiple projects, ranging from manufacturing support activities, to late stage product development and new product introductions. This is a 12 month contract role. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Development of process fits, participation in campaign preparation and follow-ups. Evaluation of raw materials including new suppliers. Safety and HAZOP reviews. Process monitoring and time cycle analysis. Defining cleaning processes for new production processes. Review of the cleaning procedures/ documentation. Identifying continuous improvement activities and leading or participating in cross-functional teams to implement. Supporting activities in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency and operational excellence. What are we looking for? Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or equivalent. Up to 2 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, ideally within Oral Solid Dose Formulation.
