SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST - CO. TIPPERARY. Responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis. Prepare financial plans and forecasts based on performance expectations. Gathers and publishes financial information related to historical, current and future performance. Performs financial analysis utilizing appropriate financial concepts and techniques. Recommends alternative courses of action. This is a PERMANENT job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Manage month-end reporting activities ensuring key deadlines are met for internal and corporate reporting. Liaison with Supply Chain & Sales for revenue / volume reporting and trend analysis. Financial analysis and recommend alternative courses of action where required. Reporting on Site Performance Metrics. Co-ordinate Site Annual Plan, Strategic Plan and Forecasting processes providing key link to senior management on financial and non-financial performance. Develop detailed financial forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information, incl. Divisional reporting. Prepare Sensitivity Analysis impact on revenue, cost and profitability by modelling changes in key variables. Implementation and maintenance of internal controls and best practice policies. Act as Finance Support for Production Unit. Develop performance standards/metrics both qualitative and quantitative. Ensure a continuous improvement culture. Contribute to the completion of specific programs in ad hoc projects. What are we looking for? Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA. Manufacturing experience with SAP systems preferred. 5+ years post qualified experience. Excellent financial system skills & Excel are essential. Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
