Marketing Support Executive to assist Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager in the day-today execution of sales, marketing and customer service in an International Machinery Business. Uniquely Abbey technology caters for the ‘Total Cow’ (form one end to the other. The workload will include marketing co-ordination, specific client projects to general sales and marketing initiatives and drive excellent customer service. We are looking for an ambitious, eager to learn, self-starting individuals excited to join a dynamic international organisation. This position requires good organisational skills, great phone technique, attention to details, multi-tasking and project management abilities. DUTIES. Co-ordinate marketing activities for Ireland, UK and other international markets. Trade Shows – book, plan and organise from start to finish. Plan roadshows and support team to maximise results. Support the development of new brochures and newsletters to the highest standards. Advertising - yearly plan with hard and soft media (proofing ad-copy, ensuring adverts are completed and inserted where/when appropriate. Digital Marketing – keep website up to date; update facebook etc. This is a key area as Abbey would like to area. Manage social media campaigns for Abbey Machinery. Develop end-customer data to be imputed into CRM system at a future date. Conduct market research to improve our service and product offering. Customer feedback on machine performance immediately and 3 months post purchase (assessing client satisfaction. Competitor analysis and feedback with updates. Outbound calls to support sales team. Direct marketing campaigns to stimulate sales interest. Support new video development and new product photos. Working with Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager to develop Integrated Marketing Strategy. Measure all activity (costs, ROI, benefits, future re-design) and analyse source of sales. Work on both Machinery and Q-Parts Divisions to maximise market opportunities for both. Attend meetings and compile action plans and minutes. Promotional Campaigns in association with Dealer Network. Other activities as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE. 3 year’s work experience in a related field. Marketing Qualification (preferably Degree. Proficiency in social media, content creation and online research. IT & Computer Skills. Self-starter – motivated to do job to the highest standard.
