To ensure the company maintains its high levels of standards and have the drive to ensure the compliance and improvement of food safety and quality culture. Responsibilities of the role: Implementation and maintenance of food quality and safety system. Maintenance of food safety & quality documentation. HACCP Management. Daily quality, food safety & hygiene audits. Staff training. Product testing and sampling. Dealing with customer & authority audits. Product specification. Health and safety standards. Keep up to date with new regulations and implement them. Preparing reports for management Review. Chill temperature monitoring and recording. Corrective and preventative actions where required. Education and experience required: 3 years experience in a similar position within the Industry. Food Science/ Food Technology degree or equivalent. Knowledge of the legal requirements of the role. Knowledge of Bord Bia, BRC and customer requirements. Experience of supplier audits and visits. Proficient IT skills.
