Office Administrator. Our client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator with some accounts work involved. This is a Full-Time Contract position covering Maternity Leave based in South Tipperary. Duties and Responsibilities: • General administration duties, answer phones, emails etc. • Payroll and Book keeping duties. • Processing Invoices and orders. • Taking orders and arranging deliveries. • Assist in other projects as assigned. Candidate Requirements: • Excellent Customer Service skills. • Qualifications in Book keeping/Payroll. • Proficient in Microsoft Packages. • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and administration skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and commitments. • Ability to multi-task and good problem solving capabilities. • Attention to detail. • Knowledge of the area is an advantage. • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
