Hartley people are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a contract role based in Tipperary. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR Manager. Maintain employee files. Create and maintain HR files and databases. Maintain all paperwork relating to staff. New Employee Induction. Maintain company organisation charts. Requirements Third Level Qualification in HR. Previous experience in a HR Administrator role. Excellent computer skills. Good working knowledge of employment law. Strong administration skills. Must be highly organised with high level of attention to detail. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
