QUALIFIED CHEF - BUSY ESTABLISHMENT TIPPERARY TOWN. Our client in Tipperary Town is seeking a Qualified Chef that will assist in the restaurant operations at this establishment. This is a traditional restaurant where you will cover all sections from Starters & Sweets to Main Courses and grills. Experience in function worked is also required. We are seeking an all-rounder that has good cooking skills, calm personality, flexible and can deputise for the other chef in their absence. Prerequisites for this role Include: " Minimum of Chef de Partie /Sous chef Experience in Restaurants/ Hotels / Contract catering. " Must have hotel/restaurant volume exp. " Can help develop and introduce new menus and recipe's. " Has flair and imagination. " Has good portion and cost control. " Fully aware and compliant in Food Safety and HACCP Food Management Systems. " Can deputise for the Head Chef in their days off-strong Kitchen Management is essential. " Can would a rota of 5/7 days per week. " Experience in Grill Cooking is preferred. This role is for IMMEDIATE interview and IMMEDIATE START. Salary „1¤715.00 PH or approx. „1¤730,000 Per Annum.
