Quality Systems Co-Ordinator (Tipperary) - Fixed Term Contract. Building on this success the company has retained Brightwater Specialist Recruitment to recruit an experienced Quality Systems Co-Ordinator. The Role; - Responsibility for the development and pre-approval of Material and Product Specifications for cider and brewing. This involves procurement of all relevant technical information including legislation, writing of the specification documents and checking for accuracy before circulating for final approval. - Administration of relevant IT Systems to support the Groups Quality Management System e.g. Qpulse. - Assist with development and standardisation of Group Quality Management Systems, in line with best practice and current legislative requirements. - Provide support for the maintenance and development of ISO9001, ISO 22000, BRC, FEMAS and other standards. - Drive continuous improvement and best practices in site Quality systems. - Support the Group’s Incident Management Team Process, by ensuring all procedures are up to date, rolling out training and ensuring procedures are tested on a regular basis. - Participate in the Development of a Vendor Management System to manage selection, approval, audit and continuous review of C&C vendors and contract packers. - Undertake and manage Quality and Technical projects as required. - Undertake and manage Internal Quality and Food Safety Audits. - Gather and report data on Quality Performance, trends and significant incidents. - Provide backup and support to the Consumer Relations and Complaints function. You; - Graduate in relevant Science discipline. - At least 4 years experience in a Quality environment. - 2 of which within food / drink industry. - Excellent knowledge of an ISO 9001, ISO22000 & BRC. - Experience in Quality system management. - Demonstrated ability to direct and influence people. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong planning and organizational ability.
