In order to achieve this, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing and developing production teams, championing continuous development and coaching to ensure excellent performance standards. This will cover Quality, health & safety, hygiene/food safety, and environmental commitments. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to set efficiency & performance metrics, deliver weekly production schedules and line efficiency & performance targets and integrate preventive maintenance systems into your resource plan. Qualifications: Minimum third level / technical qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
