Our client, a market leading global software & technology services multinational, headquartered in Limerick, have now engaged CPL to recruit an experienced senior level Commercial & Financial Business Analyst to help drive then next stage of their global expansion plans. The successful candidate will act as a key part of the senior operations team, lead cross functional projects, assist in the strategic & business planning for the group as well as being capable of working independently in a fast paced, dynamic & changing industry sector. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercial or finance focussed Business Analyst to further develop & grow their career with a global leader in their sector & gain excellent exposure to cutting edge technology. Job duties : • Implement best in class business processes, design & develop KPI’s & provide insight into key business indicators. • Support colleagues at senior level across global operations to drive implementation projects. • Undertake regular management reporting & business process reviews to ensure achievement of goals. • Deliver on root cause analysis & problem solving initiatives. • Support client bid & tendering processes as well as the on-boarding of new clients. • Lead & motivate colleagues & project teams. Skills/Experience required : • 3rd level degree in a business/finance or technology focussed field. • 5-7+ years’ senior business analyst experience ideally gained from the technology or related sectors. • Qualified accountant or relevant financial qualification would be an advantage. • Prince2, PMI or other relevant project management qualification would be an advantage. • Proven commercial & financial business acumen. • Ability to achieve commercial & business targets & deadlines. • Willingness to travel internationally – approx. 30% - is essential.
