Our client a Civil Engineering and Plant Hire are looking for a diesel Mechanic/Construction Plant Fitter to join their team. This role involves: Maintaining service records. Diagnostics and fault-finding on machinery. Servicing and maintain a variety of machines from Vans to Loaders, dumpers etc. Having sole responsibility for a busy environment. The ideal candidate: Will be a trades qualified diesel mechanic or plant fitter (not essential. Will have three years’ experience working with Heavy machinery. Will be very self-motivated and be able to use their own initiative. Will be used to working with a variety of Machinery and working with Heavy Machinery. This can be either a full time or part time role depending on the candidate. Starting and finishing hours are flexible. Salary depends on experience.
