The Role. Lead continuous improvement activities on 2 sites in the areas covering all areas of the business. Drive continuous improvement across the company. Identify opportunities through analysis of key process indicators. Develop a Lean and Continuous improvement plan on an annual basis. Engage with key stakeholders. Coach teams on routines and practice. Implement ways to eliminate bottlenecks. Lead staff through strong people management and leadership sklls. The Person. Minimum of 10 years’ experience. Strong People Management skills. Strong Organisational skills. Proven track record in continuous improvement. Ideally a candidate coming from either a Food Science or Systems background. Strong Management Systems capabilities. Strong Project Management Skills.
