Hartley People Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Trainer for our client, a successful multi national company in Waterford. This is a full time and permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well-established and expanding company. The Operations Trainer will: Design and deliver induction training programs. Conduct follow up sessions. Evaluate effectiveness of all training programs and modify training as required. Deliver specific operational training programs on a business needs basis. The ideal candidate will have: QQI level 6 Train the Trainer or equivalent. At least 1 years experience in a similar role.
