Be part of something great. Your Job Purpose. Working with the LotusWorks team as a Reliability Engineer, will play a key role in developing and managing an equipment reliability program that supports the pharmaceutical business in achieving a goal of delivering world class supply performance for the company. Your Responsibility. Develop action plans to enhance mechanical integrity of key process plant. Develop and lead a Reliability Centred Maintenance Program which targets continuous reductions in business critical equipment breakdowns and defects. Work closely with the Maintenance Engineer, the wider maintenance group and the operations team on the effective execution of the reliability excellence program elements. Develop and lead a Root Cause Failure Analysis Program to reduce general equipment breakdowns/defects and support maintenance personnel to conduct real time Root Cause Analysis. Lead investigations/assignments into reliability problems using a data driven approach and develop/design appropriate solutions. Continue to develop and implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques for the site program. Establish reliability & work planning metrics/KPI`s to monitor performance & improvement e.g. PM/CM ratio, MTBF, MTTR, etc. Support the IPT`s by providing technical support on equipment and reliability issues. In particular lead/support the investigation of equipment related deviations/incident reports where equipment reliability is identified as a probable root cause. Liaise with equipment vendors to establish appropriate preventive/predictive maintenance schedules to deliver reliable equipment performance. Review job plans for all critical equipment for maintenance effectiveness in delivering reliable performance. Lead IPT and site wide maintenance and reliability projects and programs e.g. Mechanical Integrity. Support projects from reliability by design/RCM/FMEA/criticality analysis perspective to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. Requirements. A 3rd level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent maintenance reliability experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance & reliability environment, preferably in a Manufacturing GMP environment / the pharmaceutical industry. Good understanding of World Class Maintenance practices and expectations. Strong technical Knowledge of equipment systems both electrical and mechanical. Knowledge of predictive and condition-monitoring maintenance techniques and their applications. Knowledge and experience of CMMS and other engineering systems. Good understanding of equipment reliability techniques such as RCM, FMECA & Root Cause Failure Analysis. Knowledge of Irish, European and International Codes, Standards and Practices. Knowledge and understanding of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology preferably with green or black belt certification complete. Knowledge of Safety, GMP, Environmental and Validation Policies and Procedures used in the industry. Leadership, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills with a proven track record for collaborating and working well within a team. Benefits. Life Assurance. Pension Contribution.
