Graduate: Trainee Sales Executive. Company: FRS Training. Location: North County Tipperary. Salary: 23-25k PA base salary. Competitive bonus based on meeting monthly targets. Key outcome will be to grow new and existing business. Responsibilities. Grow existing and new business; Achieve / exceed monthly targets; Responding to customer web queries regarding courses; Establish, maintain and expand a customer base; Generate and qualify leads, schedule and execute sales activity; Coordinate training courses, including the organisation of trainers and venues, managing course certification in consultation with central administration; Maintain administrative records through a Customer Relations Management system; Liaise with Marketing to promote training course activity. Skills / competencies: Self-starter with strong drive and focus to achieve own / company goals; Ability to work on own initiative; Excellent interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills; Background in customer service, sales or call centre, an advantage; Strong MS Office skills.
