Hartley People Recruitment are currently recruiting for an IT Support Administrator to join our client, a successful and growing US multinational company in Co. Waterford. This is a full time and permanent role. The IT Support Administrator will: Provide support to end users on hardware, software and networking issues. Provide first level problem resolution via telephone, remote support and desk side support. Train end users as required. Work with the escalations team to solve more complex issues. Log and progress issues through the ticketing system. Required: Honours degree in IT. 1-2 years minimum relevant experience.
