Our client, a Waterford based Business Services company currently have a vacancy fora Training Associate . This is an opportunity to join a fast paced and hardworking environment with excellent opportunities for growth and personal development. The Role. Conduct classroom training as per training plan. Effective presentation skills including creative training techniques. Mentor and develop trainees. Complete attendance and performance reports and other administrative duties. Monitor progress throughout training including providing coaching and feedback through assessments. Performance appraisals of new staff. Updating training content and material as per business requirements. Monitor and coach advisors on the floor to help improve their communication skills. Participate in team meetings. The Person. 2+ years’ experience in a training role. Experience in delivering training and in designing engaging and practical solutions. Soft skills training desirable e.g. sales training. Experience in a call centre in a training role. Train the trainer or similar training qualification. Strong IT skills.
