Our client, a Co.Waterford based Hotel currently have a vacancy for a Bar Supervisor . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a leading Hotel Group in a fast paced and rewarding environment. The Role. Ensuring excellent front of house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service. Creating and implementing SOPs including cash handling procedures. Meeting and greeting customers in the bar. Maximising sales and ensure team upsell products to enhance sales. Responsible for keeping payroll costs and staffing levels in line with budget. Responsible for ordering of products and stock control. Adhering to companies policies and procedures and health and safety standards. The Person. 2 years + experience working in a Supervisor role. Previous experience working in the hospitality sector preferably in the bar area. Previous experience in managing and motivating a team of people. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexible with work schedule.
