Hartley People Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Validation Engineer to join our client, an exciting pharmaceutical company in South Tipperary. This is a full time and permanent role. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Validation Engineer will primarily be responsible for ensuring compliance to required regulations through the ongoing validation of equipment, systems and processes. The Validation Engineer will: Develop and maintain standard validation processes. Execute validations in accordance to regulatory requirements. Implement, and amend as applicable all validation procedures. Drive quality and cost improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance to the quality management system. Work with relevant departments in order to drive the validation function. Develop and maintain the validation master plans and strategies. Ensure that the plant master validation lists are kept up to date and that records are available for audits. Writing and arranging approval of validation protocols and reports. Update validation protocols and reports with deviations report. Investigate and resolve deviations discovered. Presenting validation documentation during audits. Conduct training in validation methodologies and similar as required. Create and review SOPs. Required: Third level qualification in Engineering or Science. Experience in healthcare/pharma industry. Experience of validations in a GMP manufacturing environment. Experience in Computer, Equipment and Process Validation. Exceptional attention to detail.
