An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Field Service Engineer with our client based in the South East. The Role: Provide engineering support to customers. Completing Diagnostics. Troubleshooting. Repairs. Configurations. The Person: Strong support / repair knowledge of printer and desktop hardware is essential. Support knowledge of Servers, MS Office and MS Windows is essential. Strong diagnostic skills. 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support based role is essential. 2 years or more in a customer service based role is essential. Full Cleans Drivers Licence.
