Hartley People are looking to recruit a M&E Purchasing Officer for a well-established company in the South East. The role is full time and permanent. The role: Ensure all purchasing documents are kept up to date and filed accordingly. Prepare purchasing reports, purchase orders and documents in accordance with company procedures. Arrange the acquisition of M&E materials for all business requirements. To source and price goods and identify potential new suppliers where necessary. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries. The candidate: Minimum 3 years' experience working as an M&E Purchasing Officer or similar. Experience in the construction industry is essential. Must have experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Must be used to a fast paced changing environment.
