Part-time book-keeping / payroll opportunity in Nenagh. Our client is an establishedengineering business. This is a general accounts and administration working 2-days per week in support of the full-time company accountant. Duties. Payroll. Accounts Payable. - matching invoices. - posting and processing payments. - creditor statement reconciliation statements. Sales / Accounts Receivable. - Invoicing customers. -Posting receipts to customer accounts. - Credit control follow-up. VAT returns. General Admin. (Telephone enquiries / Travel and visitor co-ordination / All other office management and administration. Requirements. Experience in a similar stand-alone office management role. Payroll.
