For hospital and care facilities you will need
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (All modules)
- Significant rounded experience in a ward setting (Hospital / Nursing Home)
- Full personal care experience.
For homecare you will need:
- Currently studying the QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (at least two modules completed - Care of the Elderly & Care Skills)
- Previous relevant experience in a homecare or hospital setting.
