Our client, a Waterford based Medical Device company currently has a vacancy for a Test Engineer . Complete failure analysis on manufacturing test failures to identify the root cause. Outline and drive improvements to test software applications to improve test yields. Liaise with cross functional teams with the aim of improving product quality, test systems and lean. Execute tests, analyse data and prepare reports. Complete regulatory submissions. Assist with resolution of quality and manufacturing issues by providing suggestions and liaising with other departments. The person. Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification. 3-5 years expiring working as a Test Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Validations in the medical device industry advantageous. Experience in testing electronic and mechanical devices.
