Our client, an expanding Co. Waterford based Retail store currently has a vacancy for Two Barista’s. One of the positions is a Supervisor role and the right candidate must have previous supervisory experience in a similar environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced Barista to join a fast paced and hardworking environment.

The Role

• Welcoming customers and determining their coffee/food needs
• Educating customers by having strong product knowledge
• Prepare and sell beverages/food by following prescribed recopies and techniques for drinks e.g. expresso, Americano etc.
• Generate revenue by attracting new customers and adhering to a number of KPIs
• Maintain a safe and health work environment by following company’s policies and procedures
• Constantly keeping up to date on new product knowledge
• Strong customer service skills

The Person

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Previous Barista experience a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous supervisory experience a distinct advantage
• Flexible to work weekends
• Strong attention to detail
