The Role

• Working to agreed lending and investment targets

• Build relationships and work closely with 2 existing counter staff;

• In conjunction with the Managing Director formulate a strategy for driving new business on an annual basis.

• Meet with and interview existing and new clients with regards to residential mortgage lending and lump sum investment advice.

• Identify cross selling opportunities for protection based advice.

  The Person

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience

• QFA qualified, minimum APA which includes Mortgages, Investment and Regulation under the QFA qualification;

• Provide confirmation of attaining all annual CPD requirements;

• Satisfy the Fitness and Probity requirements as required by the CBI;

• Have recent proven experience, as an Investment/Mortgage Advisor in a banking or broker roll.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong communication, organisational skills, and relationship building skills.
