Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR (MAT Cover) for our client, based in SouthTIPPERARY.

You will report to the Customer Services Supervisor and have strong attention to detail with the ability to take instruction and work unsupervised managing various work priorities.

Key duties & responsibilities may include:

• Taking and inputting orders on to our SAP system
• Sharing of customer service workload to ensure prompt and accurate transfers of all calls, faxes and e-mails.
• Ensure all uplifts are processed effectively, timely and accurately.
• Ensuring all customer issues are resolved and responded to in a proactive manner.
• Manage the feedback and daily reports from all courier companies ensuring that problems are escalated as required.
• Retrieve POD’s at customer and finance department’s request
• Ordering of stationary from supplier
• Sorting of incoming and outgoing post
• General Customer Service duties

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
• Professional / 3rd level qualification desirable
• Good IT skills – including Excel & SAP
• Strong administration and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner and ability to relate and interact with people at all levels
• Manufacturing, healthcare or pharma background an advantage
