The Job :
As a Quality Analyst, your role will be to review uploaded client information, perform analysis for suspicious activity, verify company/corporate information & support colleagues across the different business units. In addition to the above core duties, you will also deliver regular updates to management teams, act as a key part of project teams & all associated administrative duties.

Your Skills/Experience that we need :
• 3rd level degree qualified ideally.
• Fluency or near fluency in Japanese & English.
• 1-2+ years’ experience in a multilingual administrative or customer support position.
• Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
• Ability to understand & analyse data trends.
• Previous experience in fraud, financial or legal analysis would be a strong advantage.

This job is being offered as a permanent job with a salary of approx. 26k & a full benefits package of pension, health cover & excellent career progression opportunities.
Please note this position requires flexibility to work a shift pattern of hours between 6am – 10pm Sunday to Thursday at present.
