Senior HR Business Partner – Limerick based US multinational

The Company :
Our client, a US multinational with a significant operation & presence in Limerick city, are now actively seeking a senior level HR Business Partner to join their expanding HR group. As a key part of this team, the successful candidate will be a significant resource as regards all aspects of HR services & delivery.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be heavily involved in delivering on global initiatives, acting as a key support to diverse employee groups on IR & ER issues, taking leadership on projects, forecasting/planning on recruitment needs, engaging with senior stakeholders & building relationships with colleagues across global HR.

Skills/Experience we need :
• 3rd level Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in senior HR BP or related position.
• Experience in a unionised manufacturing multinational would be a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of HR systems and metrics.
• Ability to design & delivery HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

The Offer :

This is a permanent position, based in Limerick with salary depending on experince but expected at approx 60-70k + full benefits package.
