LOCATION

Whilst we are flexible on location for the right candidate applicants must be prepared to travel regularly to our Head Office in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary and be flexible to travel Nationwide as and when required. Own Vehicle and Full Clean Licence is Essential.

PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB

You will be responsible for dealing with our customer's employers in relation to collecting evidence stencils. This includes targeted collecting of overdue stencils and providing future solutions to relevant employers. You will also be responsible for sourcing job opportunities for customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

* Deal with employers in a professional manner in difficult or awkward situations

* Documentation and resolution of outstanding stencils in an efficient and timely manner

* Project a professional and customer focused impression of company

* Make informed decisions in a timely manner

* Ensuring that accurate records are maintained in the relevant systems.

* You will represent Turas Nua in the local market, building awareness of our business offering through cold calling and networking
* Achieve targets on a monthly basis.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Leaving Certificate standard (as a minimum).

* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a recruitment, sales, marketing and/or customer facing role ideally with exposure to cold calling and / or account management.
* Experience of working in a target orientated environment with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Positive, enthusiastic approach to problem solving with a can do attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Ability to multi-task, organise and manage workload and take a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
* Excellent questioning and listening skills with the ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes
* Excellent IT skills with demonstrable experience of using MS Office software and CRM systems.

DESIRABLE

* Excellent knowledge and understanding of the of the local labor market and local contacts would be an advantage
* A relevant third level degree is desirable
