You will work as an Accounts Assistant for our client, a leading manufacturing company in Clonmel, South Tipperary.

This a 2 month contract and you must be available immediately.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Processing invoices accurately.
• Reconciliation of payments and supplier accounts.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assisting the Financial Controller with the busy year end process and budgets
• Checking production records against the systems for accuracy.
• Dealing with queries as they arise in a professional manner.
• Any adhoc duties as they arise.

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential, processing invoices, banks recs etc.
• Experience in a busy manufacturing environment would be distinct advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, combined with excellent numeracy skills
• Good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages.
