Our Tipperary based client currently have an open position for a Project Administrator to join their team

The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background, be profficent in Microsoft Office and have strong organisational, planning and some project management experience.

The successful candidate will report into the Director of External Manufacturing and be responsible for:

• Tracking, compilation and report out of information/metrics
• Completion of trend analysis of information/metrics
• Ensuring that Quality metrics and milestones are provided in a timely manner, are complete and are consistent across the team.
• Utilizing various IT systems, information repositories and collaboration with EQA-DP team to help prepare communication materials for weekly, biweekly and monthly meetings.
• Key contributor to the development of a dashboard which can be used to easily access and understand the status of various Key Performance Indicators and Quality metrics.

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, IT or Business with 2-3 years' experience.
• Demonstrates organizational skills, is proactive and self-motivated with ability to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and has ability to creatively develop approaches for organization, analysis, and presentation of information and data.
