Talent Acquisition/Senior Recruiter

Are you a highly-experienced TA/Recruitment professional with excellent, senior & in-house recruitment experience from the services or technology sector? Our key client, a global technology multinational, are now actively recruiting for a senior Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist to join their organisation during a time of considerable growth across all business units.

The Job :
This incoming TA/Recruitment Specialist will partner with diverse units across the services team & manage recruitment/on-boarding processes, sourcing of new talent at all levels of seniority through all means both social & traditional, conduct internal & external interviews, manage corporate stake-holders & support the wider HR & leadership teams.
In addition to the above, you will also provide coaching support to junior TA/Recruitment staff, provide advice on complex hiring & transition projects, liaise with 3rd party specialists & all associated duties.

Your experience :
• 3rd level Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4-5+ years of experience in senior level TA/Recruiter role
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to collaborate & work with colleagues/stakeholders across the business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

The Offer :
