An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Field Service Engineer with our client based in the South East.

The Role:

• Provide engineering support to customers
• Completing Diagnostics
• Troubleshooting
• Repairs
• Configurations

The Person:

• Strong support / repair knowledge of printer and desktop hardware is essential
• Support knowledge of Servers, MS Office and MS Windows is essential
• Strong diagnostic skills
• 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support based role is essential
• 2 years or more in a customer service based role is essential
• Full Cleans Drivers Licence
