Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Planner & Scheduler based on site in Cork with a large regulated manufacturing company. This is a full time and contract position and requires an immediate start.

The Role:

• To execute Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) across the entire horizon of the Manufacturing Resource Plan for the Cork site
• To run the Performance Management process for incoming materials deliveries for the Cork site
• To monitor, maintain and ensure complete accuracy of all critical data fields related to incoming materials.
• Constant monitoring, maintenance and complete accuracy of all Supply critical fields within all data systems related to materials for which the Materials Scheduler is responsible.
• Identification and mitigation of stock at risk and working with key support functions in processing any inventory write off requests.

The Person:

• Qualification in Procurement
• Minimum of five years experience ideally in Materials Management, Scheduling and supply chain processes within the pharma or food industry.
• SAP or other ERP experience and knowledge would be a significant advantage
• Proficient in MS tools, Word / Excel / Project / PowerPoint etc
