We are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a 4* Hotel in Co Tipperary. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years previous 4* Food and Beverage or Operations Mgr experience in a busy property with extensive banqueting, Events and Leisure facilities. Hotel operates in Conference and Leisure segments, local knowledge preferred by Client. You will take full responsibility for day to day operations including Front of House, Events and outlets.
