Job Title M&e Purchasing Officer
Description

Hartley People are looking to recruit a M&E Purchasing Officer for a well-established company in the South East. The role is full time and permanent.

The role:

  • Ensure all purchasing documents are kept up to date and filed accordingly.
  • Prepare purchasing reports, purchase orders and documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Arrange the acquisition of M&E materials for all business requirements.
  • To source and price goods and identify potential new suppliers where necessary.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries.

The candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as an M&E Purchasing Officer or similar.
  • Experience in the construction industry is essential.
  • Must have experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Must be used to a fast paced changing environment.
