Job Title Reception/Administrator - Contract - Waterford
Description

Our client, a Waterford based company currently has a vacancy for a Reception/Administrator. This role is a 6 month contract and is 4 days per week. This is an opportunity to join a busy and fast paced role in a challenging and rewarding role with excellent opportunities for personal development.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting clients and customers in a professional manner
  • Providing excellent levels of customer service through various communication channels including face to face and over the phone
  • Preparation of contracts for clients
  • General administration duties and assisting with diary management
  • Updating online platforms on a daily basis
  • Adhoc duties as they arise

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role
  • Excellent IT skills – fully proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in audiotyping a distinct advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong telephone skills
