Job Purpose: You will join a team focused onsupporting manufacturing of key client products. This team ensures all goals and targets of the manufacturing process are achieved through the continuous development of manufacturing processes and the support of day to day operations. This position will provide project experience on continuous improvement, and risk mitigation initiatives and will include as a key contact for the client companies. You will be part of a team responsible for: Manage the production of new products from order to release. Supporting the day to day manufacturing operation environment to allow operations to meet its targets. Supporting business key metrics with ongoing process improvements and introduction of new technology. Delivering key projects to the Value Stream which will positively impact on the key metrics. Driving process improvements/capacity increases through NPI/New technology/equipment introductions. Preparation and maintenance of all relevant manufacturing specifications. Preparation and project management of line moves/ transfers including supporting documentation. Key Skills and Competencies required: Ability to approach projects with sound analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability self-motivate and operate independently. Customer focused. Innovative and quick thinking. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Education and Experience: Must hold a minimum of a third-level degree in a Science or Engineering discipline. 2 years of previous experience in Pharma manufacturing, ideally in a Process or manufacturing support role. Capable of working within a project team to achieve results. Skilled in the use of problem solving tools/techniques an advantage.
