We are currently recruiting for the position of temporary part time, Christmas, Sales Advisors in our Clonmel Branch. Job Overview: To deliver the D.I.D Electrical Core purpose of excellent customer service to include after sales service in order to ensure that individual and branch sales targets are achieved. Team Function: Sales and revenue generation and bottom line contribution to the branch, through sales and service, housekeeping, providing an attractive shopping environment and delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities: * Be responsible for achieving assigned individual and branch sales targets. * Work with the Team to ensure a high level of team performance and positivity. * Provide customers with excellent Customer Service and advice. * Overall responsibility for merchandising of the store. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: * Excellent sales and customer service skills required. * Excellent communication skills and results focused. * Previous Sales Experience is desirable. This is a fast paced Sales role so a high level of enthusiasm and strong desire to work in a Sales environment is a must. * Ability to handle and ultimately overcome any customer objections or queries. * Selling a range of products/services suited to the individual needs of the customer, achieved through a sound knowledge of the products on offer. * Comprehensive product knowledge is desirable. * PC literate. * Christmas positions commence asap.
