Training Administrator / Customer Service Representative. A established training company are looking to recruit an experienced Administration / Customer Service Representative to join an expanding team. Key outcome will be to run courses and to service and promote existing training portfolio. Location: North County Tipperary. Role description: Service the needs to Training customers in an efficient manner. Coordinate training courses, including the organisation of trainers and venues, managing course certification in consultation with central administration. Maintain administrative records through a Customer Relations Management system. Maintain an steady schedule of courses month to month. Build knowledge of courses, trainers and competitors. Submit monthly reports as requested. Liaise with central Marketing to promote training course activity. Some limited travel throughout the region may be necessary. Skills / competencies: At least 5 years experience in a relevant environment. Ability to prioritise work and multi-task in a busy environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with customers and internal departments. Strong verbal and written communication. Full clean driver's license.
